The Wells Street Group Home is situated on a large lot in Port Huron Township. It is a one story, handicap accessible, barrier free home is a single level home.
Our residents are very active and enjoy going out and participating in community events such as concerts in the park, local sporting events (Go Ice Hawks!) and community sponsored festivals. Other favorite activities include shopping, eating out as well as going to the IMPACT seasonal dances and parties.
Wells is a six (6) bed home with a relaxing and home-like atmosphere. Each resident has his or her own bedroom. Quality care and services are provided by trained staff, 24/7. Residents are empowered and supported to pursue and achieve their personal goals. Our focus is to help our residents live their lives as independently as possible.
