$11.75 hour plus an additional $2.00 hour until December 30,2020!
Full Time Shift available–this position works on Side 2 of the Assisted Living facility.
The shift for this position is afternoons
IMPACT has provided quality residential care for the developmentally disabled and mentally ill, as well as assisted living services, community-based advocacy and supports, mental health and substance abuse outpatient counseling and support services, psychiatric consultation, and prevention programs in St. Clair County. These services are provided to people with complex developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, medical and health-related disabilities, the elderly in need of assisted living and persons with substance use problems.
The Residential Support Staff works under the direction of the Program Supervisor and Assistant Supervisor. The Residential Support Staff is responsible for completing all duties and activities assigned by Supervisory staff. Positive interaction with residents and co-workers in all program areas is required. It is the responsibility of the Residential Support Staff to provide a relaxing, care-free living experience to improve the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness of the residents.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is desired.
Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable for insurance purposes
Acceptable FBI criminal records check, meeting the Agencies definition of acceptable moral character.
Negative Drug Screen
Negative TB Test
Written and Verbal skills sufficient to complete the job description.
